Alto Hombre Gordito Hideout

Alto Hombre Gordito Hideout is located in the Sierra Blanca Mountains, 8 miles north of Ruidoso New Mexico, with beautiful views overlooking the Capitan Mountains. The Hideout adjoins the Lincoln National Forest, providing immediate access to several hiking and horseback riding trails. Bonito Fishing Lake is just around the corner. The Hideout is that special place in Lincoln County where you really can enjoy the outdoors: nature, adventure and tranquility.

Horseback Riding is $20 per person per hour. Reservations required at least 24 hours in advance Call for reservations 1877-466-2734.
You can also bring your own horses. The Hideout offers boarding in a corral for $5 per horse per day.

During summer time, when weather and National Forest rules allow, you can have your own campfire in designated areas.
